Which you is showing up these days?

The pandemic has lifted the curtain on the human condition and allowed glimpses of rage and violence.

There’s so much to reflect upon.

At the core is the question, “Who are we at our best?”

And more importantly, “Who are we at our worst?”

So, which version are you showing up as?

Each of us choose our version. And make no mistake, it’s a conscious choice.

It’s true that our character is tested in the most trying of circumstances. The same goes for leadership.

It’s easy to lead, and show up as, the best version of a leader during the good weather. Smooth sailing, a financial buffer, and a cohesive team.

But what happens when clouds descend, and the terrain gets rocky? Who are you then? That’s when we assess the true character of a leader.
