Evaluation is a powerful tool. We all have strengths. We all have areas that are seemingly opaque and reside within our subconscious. However, if revealed and acknowledged they can be a transformative tool in the course of our growth.
Myers-Briggs refers to it as “our shadow side”.

I bring over 20 years’ experience working as a retained search executive.

During that time, I have recruited for 100’s of organizations–primarily in healthcare and biotech. My experience is as a generalist at the senior level, including board positions. I have interviewed thousands of candidates. Literally.

My expertise in behavioral interviewing and understanding the importance of cultural alignment, i.e., understanding that the soft skills are actually the hard skills makes me a more effective coach and search executive.
