Corporate Coaching
I like to think of corporate coaching as taking the power of individual coaching and multiplying tenfold. It’s an opportunity bring individuals of different opinions and strengths together. It’s a chance for a senior leadership team to gain insight into themselves.
Initially this occurs via an assessment to learn about individual strengths and triggers as your team works towards a common goal. It’s a collective methodology that incorporates team dynamics, organizational/role design, competencies, and accountabilities.
There’s a plethora of evidence to support the notion that very few teams are equipped to fulfill their full potential. According to Shirzad Chamine’s work around Positive Intelligence (PQ), only 20% of teams achieve their true potential. However, by working together, we can identify individual and team strengths and create a customized approach that will produce alignment, tangible results, and ROI.
