I’m an executive recruiter and I’ve been coaching leaders for as long as I’ve been in search. That’s over 20 years. My emotional intelligence, passion and curiosity build connection and earn trust. Mentoring is in my nature. And in my heart. So, I’ve become a trained coach to provide my clients the highest level of guidance and support, in their roles leading organizations.
Coaching comes naturally to me. It feels like I’m chatting with someone. I enjoy hearing their stories. Most importantly, it feels as if it’s exactly what I am supposed to be doing.
